Return & Refund Policy.

Faralta provides a digital subscription service. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.

Monthly subscriptions are not refundable. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date: you will not be charged again, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are on an annual plan and request a refund within 28 days of your first payment, we will refund that first charge in full.

Where a domain was registered for you as part of your subscription, that domain is released back when the refund is issued and is not transferred to you. Domain registration fees are not refundable on their own.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid renewal charges, cancel before your next billing date.

Where local law gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not limited by it.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us and we will investigate and correct the issue where appropriate.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.
